Probably so: If you live in an area where there are mosquitoes and where dengue is possible. It is a nasty painful virus with up and down high fevers. Hope you feel better soon.

A positive antigen: Test certainly suggests active disease. While dengue is certainly not universally fatal there can be significant morbidity. There is no cure only supportive treatment to aid with symptoms. If you are otherwise healthy then you should do well but with very uncomfortable symptoms. Contact your doctor for close follow up.
