Eye pressure: Has many possible causes. These include fatigue, eye strain, upper respiratory/sinus infection, and others. If the symptoms don't resolve, then have your eyes evaluated to make sure there are no problems.

Sinus: This description is typical of a sinus problem. You could have a new or chronic sinus infection. You should go to your primary care doctor. Other more serious neurological problems such as pseudotumor cerebri could also cause this bit are much more rare.
