Nuts allergy: Disaronno has a bittersweet almond taste but it does not contain any almond or tree nuts per wikipedia. Therefore nut allergy individuals are fine to consume it. However alcohol should be consumed with moderation. Happy holiday.

Not from nuts: This fruity almond tasting liqueur is made from apricot kernal oil and 17 selected herbs and fruits. There are no nuts including almonds in it. However, there is a case report of a person who had recurrent tongue swelling who was allergic to the spice (anise=smells like licorice) in a liqueur.
