Can air travel cause urinary retension with bph?

Not specifically: If you are medicating with relaxants, sleeping pills or pain pills while travelling then maybe. If you are in the window seat and reluctant to get up and disturb two others to get to the loo and overdistend your bladder, then maybe. Otherwise, i doubt it.

Here are some ...: BPH symptoms would not be exaggerated by air travel, but holding urine too long from being afraid to bother neighboring traveler or annoying with inflight inconvenience will lead to urinary retention. So, adjust water and caffeine-related beverages, and go to bathroom to pee like you would do at home; of course, continue taking its related drugs as prescribed. Best wishes ...
