Not specifically: If you are medicating with relaxants, sleeping pills or pain pills while travelling then maybe. If you are in the window seat and reluctant to get up and disturb two others to get to the loo and overdistend your bladder, then maybe. Otherwise, i doubt it.

NO IT WILL NOT: Air travel will not cause retention of urine.Do not hold your urine and empty the bladder when ever there is call of nature.Take your medications and avoid diuretics and excessive driinks
