Sleep: There are several possibilities to investigate. Have you had a consultation with an ear, nose and throat specialist ( ent) to be certain that your nasal passages are clear, and that you don't have enlarged/infected tonsils and or adenoids. Do you have acid reflux ( gerd)? Do you snore? If so, an evaluation for sleep apnea may be appropriate. Have you been tested for allergies? That's a start.
