Depends: Tubal repair is possible. If ovaries and uterus are intact and tubes reopened, pregnancy is possible. Good history, exam, and consultation are appropriate.

Depends: If the tubes are tied you could have them repaired but it may not work. You could have your eggs stimulated, harvested and fertilized in a lab for insertion later, bypassing the tubes. If you had a hysterectomy, you'll need to enlist a surrogate.
