From the start: Assuming you have a 28 day cycle, you will ovulate on day 14, which is 14 days from the start of your period. Start a menstrual calendar!
Dr. Andrew Blazar
Obstetrics and Gynecology 62 years experience
Usually day 14: You always ovulate 14 days before your next period. If you have a regular cycle of 28 +/- days , then you will ovulate around the 14th day of this cycle good luck conceiving-your age is a plus in that regard !
