Unclear: It looks as if your cycles are regular which is a good thing when trying to conceive. I'm not sure why app would say your next period is due 10/13 when your last one started on 8/29? Seems like app might be off. It's possible that you're newly pregnant, though pregnancy test might not be positive yet, you can always check.... Otherwise, the symptoms would be related to your hormones.
