See a surgeon: Ganglion cysts can be very bothersome but are usually easily treated with excellent results. You should see a qualified general or hand surgeon as soon as possible. Some cysts can be managed successfully by a simple aspiration in the office but many will require excision. That can almost always be accomplished under local anesthesia with or without sedation on an outpatient basis. Good luck!

Surgery: Rupturing or injecting these will typically lead to recurrence. The standard treatment is surgical removal. See a hand surgeon as these are not just simple cysts.
