What can i do for nerve damage? widespread in back. tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil do nothing, sometimes make it worse

On what: Are you basing your diagnosis of 'nerve damage'? Pre-existing injury or surgery? If neither of these two and you are otherwise healthy, musculoskeletal pain is probably more likely. You should probably visit your doctor.
