Told have a heart murmur. born with it. said a hole. will this effect my life? will i have heart problems? is this dangerous

Depends: On one type of hole you have in your heart. A common type called in atrial septal defect often is not be much of a problem at all, when they are small. Your doctor should be able to tell you what type of hole it is. If you have not had an echocardiogram that would perhaps be a good thing to have done, so you know exactly what is going on.
