It depends: On general condition of pt! are there any other medical problems ( heart, kidneys, diabetes, hypertension).

Depends: Age itself is just a number. What is more important is how likely is dialysis going to improve the patient's quality of life. If a patient has a terminal illness or multi-organ failure, some kidney doctors will not recommend dialysis.
