I have had pain that moves in my right chest & right lower ribs, radiating down my arm for about 2 + months now. MRI, CTs & X-rays have shown nothing. Started just after when i had pneumonia in Dec. Activity makes it worse. Gabapentin helps a little.
Chest pain left side 2 days now. When i move pain comes or i laugh or sometimes deep breath moving arm makes it worse sometimes.
