From Liver failure: Most such patients will develop liver failure as the terminal event. But it can also be due to a complication of cancer which can effect remote(other) organs of the body such as lung, bones or brain with resulting sequele.

Dying: I am sorry you are experiencing this situation in your life. But death from andre usually comes when the organs-- the liver, lungs and kidneys-- fail. These vital organs, when they fail, are the cause if the final and permanent end of life.
