What are the last symptoms before death from liver cancer?

Varies: Shortness of breath. Hemorrhage from anywhere. Feeling cold. Drop in blood pressure, and pallor. Sudden onset of ascites or marked worsening of jaundice. Liver cancer can hang on for a very long time with little in the way of symptoms. The time of death is famously unpredictable. Cherish each day you have left.
