See a dermatologist: Have you used any medicine on your face? Is there a clear area between the red bumps and the red area of the lips? Possibly perioral dermatitis, often caused by use of steroids on face. Bring to show the dr everything you have used on your face.

Agree w Dr. Dohan: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.

I've had a break out on the side of my mouth and chin for almost 2 months. The bumps are small and inflamed sometimes there's pus and sometimes it gets dry and scaley. It does not hurt to the touch but it's very red.
