Vaginal bleeding: Sounds like the blood you are noticing is coming from the vagina. When a small amount of blood comes from the vagina sometimes a woman just notices it when wiping. There are several causes of spotting - hormones off, stress, a growth in the cervix or uterus, an infection in cervix or uterus. If it doesn't go away get checked.
