? bad urine sample: contaminated or containing broken red blood cells, causing the increased potassium. With vaginitis for any reason, there would be irritation, urgency to urinate, and other urinary symptoms. Mid stream urine sample after careful cleansing of the area would be more accurate. Need to be assessed for possible foreign body in the vagina if no reason found, although not the age, best wishes
