I am 31 weeks pregnant and i went to the bathroom and wiped blood and i have pressure at my vagina and discomfort i had my first child at 26 weeks

Call : Call your doctor. Any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy should be treated as an emergency. This could be a sign of pre-term birth (when combined with the pressure and your previous history). If you can not reach your doctor, a visit to the er is highly recommended. Do not have sexual intercourse and only drink fluids until you know the reason for the bleeding (in case a procedure needs to be done).

Let your doctor know: Bleeding at this time in pregnancy is not as common as first trimester bleeding.
