Wait a few days: It seems like an aphthous lesion that grows so far then disappears. It could grow as large as 3 centimeter and could take up to 3 to 6 weeks to heal. Sometimes this type of problem is associated with type of food or stress or just trauma . It may come back.If so seek professional help.

White Sore-tongue: Unfortunately, we can't diagnose patient conditions over the internet. Wouldn't that be nice? There are so many possibilities and merely giving you a list of them will serve no purpose. You would have to be clinically seen for a proper and accurate diagnosis. Regardless, any lesion that lasts more than 2 weeks needs to be evaluated! that's true regardless of size and even if no pain!
