Voice hoarse: You prababely have viral laryngitis.It is usually self limiting and do not need any antibiotics, rest your voice, and if it persists than see your doctor, as it can be associated with bacterial or fungus infection, it can also be caused by esophgeal reflux, excessive smoking, use of inhaled steroids, allergies and overuse of voice by shouting and loud singing.
