Watch for infection.: It could be only an irritation due to something that you ate or drank. Or just a lack of proper hygiene. Make sure you brush your tongue and teeth after eating. Watch for sweets and milk. Rinse with salty water with a drop of peroxide. If hurts, see a dentist or physician.
