Viral syndrom: Sounds like viral syndrome. Rest and hydration with fluids and electrolytes. Ibuprofen (motrin, advil, etc.) and/or tylenol (acetaminophen) should help with aches, pain, and fever. If condition worsens or does not improve see your pcp.

Viral illness: Your symptoms seem compatible with a viral syndrome. Rest, plenty of clear fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil for aches and pains, plus fever control, all should help. Most of the time 2-3 weeks of recovery is necessary, but if worsening vision, and/ or further deterioration, you should have an exam. Good luck.
