Is green laser pointer radiation dangerous for humans and pets with normal use?

Depends...: ...On where you point it. Green lasers can certainly damage the retina if they shine directly into the eye, or get reflected there, but i would hardly call that "normal use.".

"Normal"??: That would not include pointing it at humans or animals, so would never be a potential problem. Otherwise, best indication is that incidental contact is not a problem.

Normal use , No: When used as a pointer device for audio-visual presentations green and/or red laser light pointers are perfectly safe. These laser pointers should never be directly pointed at humans or animals, especially in the face, as they can cause permanent damage to the eyes.
