Heated needle: If I am understanding you correctly, you have a blood clot underneath your fingernail (which can be extremely painful). Draining the blood can provide relief and the easiest way to do this at home is to heat a needle to sterilize it and gently make a hole in your fingernail to allow the blood to drain (a very hot needle also makes it easier to puncture the nail). Otherwise, see a doc for help.
