I'm squashplayer.one of my finger locks every morning.i can barely straighten the locked finger but it's need some effort.rtg shows nothing.usg shows swelling of the hand tendon.what to do?medsurgery?

Trigger finger seems: To be your problem.
Next step might be a cortisone shot, which can relieve the pain/discomfort and allow the triggering to resolve (mostly temporarily).
Then surgery would help to release the triggered finger.
