Why 4 days?: "breathing pains" means different things to different people. Sometimes, asthma symptoms are described as breathing pains because it takes a lot of extra effort to breathe. Sometimes, pneumonia involves breathing pains, meaning it actually hurts inside when breathing or coughing. A doctor should check the lungs, but why 4 days? On a ship 4 days from shore? In the wilderness 4 days from town?
