Nonspecific GI sxs: Can't yet guess but your symptoms are red-flags that evaluation is needed. You did not specify whether your concern reflects recent travel or exposures, new medications, stressors, or is accompanied by fever or blood in emesis or stool. Please provide more information, or better yet see your physician for evaluation. What little you've told us suggests you're probably trending toward recovery.
