Painful menstrual cramps, do prescription meds work a lot better?

Naproxin: Naproxin, the med in aleave, had been prescribed for decades for menstral cramps & still has great value after going off patent & over the counter. Uses at 2 tabs twice a day staring a day or so before expected flow will often help most people.
