Changes in Mood: Changes in mood can be related to changes in your environment or changes in your neurotransmitters or hormones. Try to narrow down what is contributing to your moodiness. (person, place, thing. Or brain). When you find that, try to change your circumstances. If brain changes are the cause, see a physician or psychiatrist for an evaluation.

Mood disorder: Your question is very non specific. It seems that you are having some problem with your mood that is adversely affecting your life. That is indicative of a mood disorder. Please see your pcp who will discuss your symptoms in detail, run any tests as indicated and then decide what treatment you need. It is good that you have recognized it as a problem and are seeking help. I wish you well.
