Nasal congestion: Post op congestion can be related to nasal dryness and crusting, turbinate swelling or persistent septal deviation if you accidentally bumped your nose. Use some saline spray and drink more fluids, plan on a revisit with your surgeon in 1 month if your symptoms don't improve.
