YES!: Fish oil and flaxseed oil contain 3-omega fatty acids which improve inflammation, make the blood less likely to clot, and inprove certain aspects of metabolic syndrome, including raising good cholesterol (hdl), and lowering triglycerides. Remeber, inflammation in the body increases Insulin resistance. All thes effects are best potentiated with omega-3 intake of 1500mg per day and higher!
