Infection?: It is best to see your doctor. I don't know the specifics but it seems you could have an infection that is left untreated. I don't know if it has a discharge as you did not say either. I don't think the chalazion is doing anything to it. It is best to have it examined and treated.

I just used bloodshot eye drops to take away the redness however, now theres a stinging pain and it slighltly took the redness away.
