A member asked:

Hello. i am wondering what options there are for over-the-counter eye drops for eye chalazion?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None: There are no over the counter drops that will treat chalazion. Some will resolve with warm compresses and lid massage, but a combination steroid/antibiotic eyedrop can help in persistent cases. Your eye doctor will need to prescribe this. If that is not successful, the chalazion may need to be incised and drained.
