Bf has n eye infection.we believe it's from snorting heroin so long.it won't get better.his nose feels bruised n really bad pressure headaches can't open bloodshot red eye. hospital for eye drops didn't work.antibiotic drops recently eye stil shut?

This sounds like a pretty serious problem, maybe an internal eye infection (endophthalmitis), which could damage the eye and risk blindness. It isn't necessarily related to snorting heroin or anything else. He should return to a doctor immediately like ER or urgent care clinic. He may need consultation with an ophthalmologist, infectious diseases specialist, and/or neurologist. Don't delay!
