Sinus problems: Early nasal cancer symptoms are the same as sinus symptoms, and can include stuffiness, nose bleeds, headaches and facial pain. The symptoms can then progress to include facial numbness, eye pain or swelling, or a sore or lump in the nose that doesn't heal. The good news is that nasal cancer is uncommon, and sinus problems are much more likely!
