PAIN!: Usually there is pain, swelling, bruising. Sometimes the finger is at an abnormal angle. There can be numbness in the fingertip from swelling.

Pain and: Fractures (broken bones) often are associated with swelling, pain, and bruising. If the fracture is out of place or mal-aligned a deformity can sometimes be seen. Please get evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon to get the appropriate care.
