What do i need to know about anti kells antibodies?

Antibody to red cell: Antigen. Kell is one of the antigens on red cells. People who do not have the antigen, may make antibodies to this antigen. If a person has anti-kell antibody, s/he should not get a blood transfusion with red cells that have kell antigen.
