Costochondritis: Costochondritis is inflammation of the cartilage that connects your breastbone to your ribs. It can be effectively treated with nsaids, such as Ibuprofen (advil) or naprosyn (naproxen) (aleve). Application of ice may be helpful at relieving symptoms. Good luck!
