What do i do if possible food allergy in 5 year old please help!?

See Allergist: Food allergy evaluation consists of a history, physical exam and targeted skin testing to the suspected food. Once the culprit is identified education on avoidance and food allergy action plan should be presented. My bias is that food allergy evaluation should be done by a board certified allergists. Too many physicians claiming to be allergies are misdiagnosis and mis treating "food allergy".
