Anxious: Anxiety is one of many normal emotions people can feel, so stopping it entirely is not possible. Sometimes the intensity and focus of this is overwhelming though, and needs help. If your anxiety is intense and ongoing, i recommend you work with a mental health professional -- psychologist, psychiatrist, or both. Practice meditation, yoga, belly breathing, or tai chi on your own. Avoid caffeine!

Medical /psychiatric: Eval is a good place to start. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle >.
