Hard to tell: With limited history. However, consider changing footwear as this can always contribute. Beyond that, i cannot have anymore recommendations with out more info. Consider having it checked out by your primary or a podiatrist. Hope that helps and best of luck!

Pain: Unfortunately , you don't say which side - and it does matter. The first right thing to do is see your podiatrist for an exam and x rays as needed.
