Depends: If he is taking medication for blood pressure, if he is taking blood pressure when standing or sitting, if the non-cardiac medication cause blood pressure to drop, if he is not feeling well, if the blood pressure machine or cuff is inaccurate.... I am not sure what is the question but if you provide us an additional information, that would be great.
