100% clean once/day: It is absolutely not harmful to clean your teeth thoroughly. To maintain oral health your teeth should be 100% clean, that is 360 degrees around the gum line once per day. Twice is great but, just like seeing your dentist twice a year, it was a myth created by advertisers to sell toothpaste in the 1950s and 60s. Insurance companies propagated the myth. Also need to: eat healthy, not smoke.
