I was diagnosed with aseptic meningitis, what can i expect going forward?

Likely nothing more: If you had so called "aseptic" meningitis, it was probably a viral infection and if you have recovered from it, you should not expect any more neurologic sequelae. See this site for more info. http://www.med.unc.edu/medicine/web/meningitis.htm.
