Uctd: Uctd usually involves connective tissue illnesses and as such aseptic meninigitis is not usually seen with uctd.

No: In my experience the majority of patients thought to have uctd actually turn out to have lupus. I question whether the disorder actually exists. However, aseptic meningitis is an uncommon complication of lupus and therefore uctd.
