No: Fibromyalgia is not a cause for aseptic meningitis since fibromyalgia by definition is not inflammatory. Medications, viral or fungal infections, partially treated bacterial infections, pseudotumor cerebri, rare autoimmune conditions and other factors or conditions may contribute to developing aseptic meningitis. See your regular doctor and ask for a referral to a neurologist if this continues.
