I think i had a bad steroid epidural injection. what would be signs to look for?

Why do you say that?: Complications can be bleeding, infection, nerve damage and paralysis, but these are extremely rare. You will notice fever, increased pain, weakness, headaches so if you have any of these symptoms you might need to be evaluated.
