Depends upon:-: Whether hypospadias has been corrected, if penis is reasonable straight enough to perform sexually ; possible psychologic effects relating to penile size or cosmetic appearance. Latter will depend upon your concerns about what possible future partner or locker-room observer might think. There should be little or no effect with a straight penis of acceptable size. Good luck.
