Depends upon:-: Whether hypospadias has been corrected, if penis is reasonable straight enough to perform sexually ; possible psychologic effects relating to penile size or cosmetic appearance. Latter will depend upon your concerns about what possible future partner or locker-room observer might think. There should be little or no effect with a straight penis of acceptable size. Good luck.

Contact your doc: You can have your doc send you to an available urologist that can examine you and provide you with options. Some hypospadias is just cosmetic, and does not interfere with fertility. Some need the opening relocated to the end of the glans. It is a significant surgery but can help most with this problem.
