Hypospadius: Uncorrected hypospadius can be a fertility issue depending how far back on the penis shaft the urethral opening is positioned. If it's on the glans penis ("head") it won't likely be an issue.

By all means: Most men with hypospadias can function normally in marriage. Would consult urologist if your penis is significantly bent with erection or urinary opening (Meatus) is further back than coronal sulcus (groove at base of head of penis). These problems can be corrected surgically.
